01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between betbt ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the betbt platform, including the website at betbt.vip and the betbt mobile application. These Terms apply to all activities on betbt, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, and participation in promotions.

betbt is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform provides sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer games, and exclusive betbt original titles. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are designed for use by residents of Bangladesh.

These Terms are effective from the date you create a betbt account and remain in effect for as long as your account is active. betbt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the betbt platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or a notice on the betbt platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and betbt regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

02 Account Registration

To use betbt, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. betbt reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, or payment details.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betbt.
• Each individual is permitted one betbt account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must provide a valid email address and phone number during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your betbt login credentials secure.
• betbt will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your betbt account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

betbt reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false information, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or on behalf of another person are prohibited and will be closed. Any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

betbt processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. betbt does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.

• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may require additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your betbt account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside betbt's control.
• Minimum withdrawal: 300 BDT. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. betbt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• betbt may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
• Deposits made using a bonus code or during a promotional period may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

betbt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside betbt's control. betbt is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, mobile money networks, or third-party payment processors.

In cases where betbt suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, betbt reserves the right to freeze a player's account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. betbt will cooperate fully with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities in such cases.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

betbt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including the 200% welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the betbt promotions page at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your betbt account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the betbt promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
• betbt bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or arbitrage — is prohibited.
• betbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where possible, betbt will provide advance notice of changes to ongoing promotions.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

If betbt determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided and removed from the player's account. betbt's decision on bonus-related disputes is final.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on betbt are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or event, as published on the betbt platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. betbt's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. betbt reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, betbt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay between placement and confirmation. betbt is not responsible for changes in odds or match status during this delay.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, as published on betbt.
• betbt prohibits any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be permanently closed and relevant authorities may be notified.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed on the betbt platform and may be adjusted at betbt's discretion.

betbt uses real-time data feeds from licensed sports data providers to settle bets. In the event of a discrepancy between betbt's data and an official result, betbt will use the official result as published by the relevant governing body of the sport.

06 Casino & Games

betbt's casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, and exclusive betbt original titles including Dinosaur Tycoon, Muay Thai Champion, Fishing Kui Li, Bingo, and Mines Gold. All casino games on betbt use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness.

• Casino games are for entertainment purposes. The house edge on all betbt casino games is clearly stated in the game information section.
• betbt is not responsible for any losses incurred during casino gameplay. All outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error, betbt reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes.

betbt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove casino games from the platform at any time. The availability of specific games may vary depending on your device, connection speed, or location within Bangladesh.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

betbt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betbt reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple betbt accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Exploiting software errors, bonus systems, or betting markets in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports or casino games.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing betbt staff or other players.
• Breaching any applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betbt reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
